This delightful couple made their dreams come true!
They wanted to find a home close to the beach, they wanted space to entertain, they wanted room for their doggie, and room for family and friends to visit them in their tropical paradise. We looked at many many homes. None were just right. They had waited years to make this happen and they weren't going to "settle" . They had envisioned what their forever Florida home would look like. So with out finding anything they flew back north and took a bit of time to regroup and planned their return. When they returned it happened, a home that previously went under contract before they had a chance to see was now BACK ON THE MARKET!! They saw it right away! Of course this happened while we were out of town and a colleague took the time to show them the home. They made an offer. Their offer was accepted. FABULOUS! is the best way to describe this couple and the home they found in paradise.
