Time is Money and the Millennial

Ray and I have been working to find a millennial her first home. The competition is tough in the first-time home buyer market. She has excellent credit and has pre-approval letters from three different with lenders. (She does her research!)  We finally we able to find one and get it under contract—of course it was a multiple offer situation. But she was smart and stayed within her budget and bid accordingly. Pins-and-needles time passed. The seller picked her offer! YAY! As we went over the contract, she shared her incredible money spending philosophy and I quote, “when I see something I want to buy…I think…is this worth the one, two, three hours at work today.” Brilliant!
